About Me

Natasha Manwell, Therapist, Kids, play therapy, Embrun

Hi there! I’m Natasha. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, and I work with kids, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or just plain stuck sometimes.

I first got interested in this work years ago when I was working in daycare. Watching kids try to make sense of their feelings and the world around them showed me how important it is to have someone who truly gets what you’re going through—and helps you find your way.

I’m bilingual and speak both English and French, so you or your child can choose the language that feels most comfortable.

I believe therapy should fit you—not the other way around. That means we work together to figure out what feels right and helpful for your unique situation. No pressure, no judgment—just a safe space where you can be yourself and start feeling better, bit by bit.

If you’re a parent worried about your child, a teen trying to figure things out, or a young adult facing big life changes—I’m here to walk alongside you. We’ll explore what’s going on, find tools that actually help, and work toward feeling calmer, more confident, and more like YOU.
