Session Fee
50-minute sessions - cost $150.
30-minute sessions - cost $75.
Insurance and Coverage
Many insurance plans cover psychotherapy services. Please check with your provider to confirm they cover Registered Psychotherapists under your plan.

​If you are an Ontario resident, you can claim the cost of non-reimbursed psychotherapy services as a medical expense on your income tax return.
Payment Options
​I strive to make payment as easy as possible by accepting e-transfer or credit card. Credit cards can be securely stored in the client portal and automatically charged after each session, making the process seamless and hassle-free.
